What's Included:

- Single occupancy accommodations in Yerevan and Debed for a total of 8 nights

What's Not Included:
- Your round-trip airfare or transportation to/from Yerevan, Armenia
- Personal, medical, or trip cancellation insurance (REQUIRED!)
- Souvenirs, phone calls, laundry, etc.
- Any lunches and dinners you buy during your trip to and from Armenia.
- Other non-included items would be excess baggage charges & airport taxes if applicable.
- Visa (if required for your country)
Cancellation Policy
Please note: Any cancellation will result in the total loss of the $1,500 USD deposit.
- Cancellations made between June 1 and June 30, 2025, will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.
- Cancellations made between July 1 and July 30, 2025, will result in a loss of 75% of the trip price.
- Any cancellation made on or after August 1, 2025, will result in the total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if the minimum number of participants is not met; if this occurs, you will be refunded in full.
Travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage is REQUIRED for this journey. We recommend using our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online, where you can choose from several policy options. Finally, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we determine the trip is not a good fit for you — in such cases, your payments will be fully refunded.

At our Armenia Retreat, we’ll expand your Joy Radius through immersive experiences that connect you to ancient wisdom, modern insights, and the vibrant energy of community. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of wonder and a ripple effect of joy that goes far beyond the retreat itself.
Where and when do I fly in?
You’ll fly into Yerevan, Armenia (EVN). Plan to arrive on September 26, and we’ll be there to greet you at the airport and transport you to the hotel, where you can rest and recharge after your travels.
We’ll gather for a welcome dinner and intention-setting session that evening. Our official adventures begin in Yerevan on September 27, giving us a chance to adjust to the time change (if needed) and soak in the energy of the city.
On September 28, we’ll head north to Debed, where the heart of the retreat unfolds. The journey concludes on the morning of October 4 back in Yerevan. We’ll return to Yerevan on October 3 in the afternoon, leaving time for final reflections and heartfelt goodbyes.
Do I need travel insurance?
Absolutely, yes! Travel insurance is mandatory for this trip. This experience is a significant investment, and unforeseen circumstances can arise—travel insurance helps protect you if you’re unable to join us.
We recommend a comprehensive policy that includes trip cancellation and medical coverage. Be sure to read the fine print carefully, as policies can vary widely. Also, double-check with your provider to confirm what Covid-19-related issues are covered and to what extent.
How fit do I need to be for this trip?
This isn’t El Camino de Santiago (though we’ll be back there in 2026!). While there will be some gentle walking and light hiking in nature, everything is designed to be leisurely and restorative. This trip is all about rejuvenating your mind, body, and soul—no intense physical training required!
What do I pack?
For this incredible adventure, pack comfortable, casual, and laid-back clothing. You won’t need anything fancy, so feel free to leave those beautiful stilettos at home!
Once you decide to join us, we’ll provide a detailed list of what to bring and what to leave behind—so you’ll be fully prepared and at ease.
Will I be sharing a room?
No. This VIP experience is designed to offer you maximum comfort and privacy, with a single-occupancy room and a private bath for each guest.
